Our handmade products take time to create, so we would appreciate it if you were patient with us :)

Rude behaviour for anything will cancel your order without any further questions, and your amount will be refunded within 24 hours.

If you need an order by a specific date, contact us to make sure it is possible before confirming your order.

We will not be picking up calls to contact us for updates regarding your order. You may contact us via email.

We will do our best to reply to you within 48 hours.

The delivery time is 3–15 days. However, if you do not receive it, you would have to wait for 60 days before it can be considered lost. Only after 60 days, if you still haven’t received it, you will be issued a refund. But if the DTDC/speed post tracking has confirmed the package as delivered and you are claiming to have not received it, there will be no refund issued for safety from scams.

If wrong details are given while ordering, for example: wrong address, contact details, etc., refunds will not be issued as this is no fault of our own. We will not entertain rude behaviour.

I am an artist, I make things with my hands…and that takes time, which is why before ordering you must agree that I will be taking some time to make my products.
The waiting period for my orders is 10–15 days but we may take longer sometimes as we are human!
Only if you are willing to wait for 10–20 days for your package, you are welcome to purchase whatever you want!
