REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order is placed, and the processing has begun, cancellation will not be available.
if you receive a damaged item (broken), we will provide you with a refund, however an unboxing video is required as proof.

if your package is lost/not delivered, we will send you a full refund.
if you do not receive it but the tracking says it has been delivered, we will not be able to give you a refund.

if you receive the wrong item, we can either give you a refund or send you the correct item free of charge of course!
